FLEXIBLE BOOKING POLICY
Due to the special circumstances surrounding Covid-19, we have introduced a flexible policy for bookings where arrangements have been affected by government travel restrictions. If you are unable to travel due to a ban from your home country, or if the hotel has to close due to a ban on arrivals in ITALY, you will be able to move your booking to a later date (subject to availability and rate applicability) or be entitled to a full refund.
We are keeping our cancellation policy regularly reviewed to ensure you have the flexibility you need when considering your travel plans.

COVID TEST
MORF in collaboration with healthcare professionals offer simple and safe tests for Covid-19, to provide you with convenient results if needed during your journey home. The tests are provided by a private healthcare partner and are fully certified. You can arrange the test with reception a few days before departure and the results will be available within 24 hours.

CLEANING AND HYGIENE
To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we employ robust and frequent cleaning and sanitizing procedures for all guestrooms, public areas and touchpoints in hotels. During this process, our cleaning team uses approved cleaning solutions and equipment. Please note that housekeeping will not enter your room while you are inside to minimize contact. You will also find high-quality hand sanitizer available for free throughout the hotel.
SOCIAL DISTANCING AND MASKS
We ask our guests to wear masks in designated areas and respect social distancing practices of 2 meters between groups in all areas of the hotel. Sunbeds and seating areas have been set up to allow this and in some areas there is a limit on the number of people at a time. During this period we can only welcome a limited number of external visitors, this is to minimize the risk of exposure for our guests and so that they can enjoy the space they need to relax and unwind.
REDUCED PHYSICAL TOUCHPOINTS
We have introduced a web-based app and enhanced technology throughout the hotel, eliminating physical touchpoints where possible. Information is accessible through the app – such as food menus, spa treatment menus and hotel information – which is provided via QR code upon check-in.
POOL
Guests are free to use the pool and beach as they wish, respecting social distancing. Sunbeds are cleaned and repositioned after each use to ensure sufficient distance.
HAVE LUNCH WITH US
Our kitchen follows all the necessary hygiene practices to ensure the safety of guests. Tables are disinfected after each use and the menu is available digitally on our app, which you can access from your device via the QR code provided.
WELL BEING
MORF welcomes you to enjoy a spa treatment during your stay with us and our therapists follow all necessary hygiene procedures. Our daily yoga sessions normally take place while respecting social distancing.
STAFF TRAINING
We conduct regular, in-depth staff training on updated protocols and emergency procedures in the event of illness at the hotel. Our staff always wear a face covering, have their temperatures checked regularly and receive training on COVID-19 symptoms.
MANAGEMENT INFORMATION
Further information on all our protocols can be accessed on our web-based app, provided via QR code at check-in. Guests also have access to a dedicated on-site representative, responsible for managing all COVID-19 related sanitation, training and healthcare procedures at the hotel should they have any questions or wish to discuss our procedures further .
